RMA Request

To obtain an RMA, please read the warranty policy carefully and apply an RMA number according to the flow as below.  After receipt of completed forms, we will issue RMA number to you. 

For General RMA purchase from Taipei HQ, Download Form and Email service@addlink.com.tw

 

For worldwide end users, you can return a defective product to your original point of purchase, the authorized addlink’s dealer or distributor from which you purchased. If you have a question about the Return Policy that applies to you, please contact your addlink’s sales Representative.
